Herb Woodland, Sr. started this business in the 80's with a handful of sheds and a dream. Over 45 years later, the business continues, now operated by Herb Woodland, Jr. The business is family operated. We've expanded to include poly furniture and a huge selection of Amish buildings from pool houses to potting sheds to sunrooms. If you can dream it, we can build it!

Our wood sheds are Amish crafted from Smart siding, an engineered wood product combining wood strands, resins, and waxes, treated with zinc borate for durability, creating a siding that mimics real wood's look but resists moisture, pests (termites/fungal decay), and impacts, offering a low-maintenance, long-lasting exterior. Durability: Engineered to withstand harsh weather, impact (from hail/rocks), and resists rot, decay, and termites. Low Maintenance: Pre-primed for excellent paint adhesion and requires less upkeep than traditional wood. Installation: Lightweight and cuts like wood, using standard tools, allowing for faster installation. Versatility: Comes in different product types (lap, panel, trim) to suit various architectural designs.

Woodland Sheds offers FREE DELIVERY AND SET UP on sheds to hundreds of locations all over the lower Eastern Shore of MD/DE. Sheds up to 12x20 includes FREE delivery and blocking. Sheds over 12x20 include FREE delivery but you provide a stone or concrete pad. Sheds 14' wide and larger require a nominal delivery fee.
